The Westminster Compact Group’s aim is to ensure that Westminster has a thriving voluntary and community sector that is able to reach its full potential. WCN has representation on this group.
The next meeting of the Westminster Compact Group is on the 7th April’10. Their agenda items will include the following:
- Involving People Strategy
- Voluntary Sector Involvement in the Health Inequalities Strategy
- Local Survey Update
- Voluntary Sector Review
- Compact Group Action Plan
Do you feel there are areas within the Compact group action plan (also called the Thriving Third Sector Action Plan) that WCN should be more involved in? is there more you would like to know about? Are there areas you feel could work better? Please let us know what, how and why by Tuesday 6th April latest!
